Walks and Tours
Kings Park and Botanic Garden offers a range of walks and commercial tours to appeal to visitors of all interests and abilities.
Free guided walks in Kings Park are led by Kings Park Volunteer Guides. They depart daily from Fraser Avenue, outside Aspects of Kings Park. The walks run every day throughout the year, except Christmas Day. Additional walks are available during the annual Kings Park Festival in September.
Self-guided walks are also available for visitors to experience the park's walking trails at their own leisure. Brochures are available from the Visitor Information Centre.
For those with limited time, the Perth Explorer Bus runs tours through Kings Park and Botanic Garden, stopping at key areas within the park.
Cycling is also a great way to tour the park with bike racks provided at various locations.

Aboriginal Cultural experiences and tours are now available in Kings Park by experienced and knowledgeable tour operators.

Spinway
Spinway WA provides automated bike hire in Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Visitors can use a credit card to hire a standard adult-sized bicycle from an automated kiosk.

Perth Explorer Bus
The Perth Explorer (previously City Sightseeing) operates a hop on/hop off bus in Kings Park that features Fraser Avenue, Roe Gardens and May Drive Parklands.

Segway Tours WA
Segway Tours WA offers tours with commentary in Kings Park and Botanic Garden, which take in the park’s beautiful native flora and fauna.

Self-guided Walks
Self-guided walks are also available for visitors to experience Kings Park and its walking trails at their own pace.

DNA Tower Climb
The DNA Tower derives its name from the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) double-helix molecule, which is found in all cells and control the development of life.

Lotterywest Federation Walkway

Kokoda Track
